Extrusion of pipes

LRS Planung & Technologie GmH delivers complete extrusion lines for the production of pipes made of PVC, PP or PE based on parallel or counter-rotating twin-screw extruders and single-screw extruders made by Krauss Maffei or other well-known manufacturers.

Down-stream equipment is manufactured in our in-house production department (Kaarst, Germany). All components and automation systems are consequently tuned to reach highest possible material-, energy- and cost savings by constant product quality.

Working ranges:

Outside diameters of pipes from 10 to 2.000 mm, pipe tolerances and wall thickness correspond to DIN and all other worldwide standards. Special dimensions on request.
